Lothian Gas Covid Service Update

Unfortunately due to a very high number of their staff being off with COVID, Lothian Gas have reported to us that they find themselves in a position where they are unable to attend to breakdown calls on the same day as they are reported.

We will endeavour to continue to attend to those who report a total loss of heating and hot water on the same day.

We will prioritize breakdown calls to ensure we deal with vulnerable tenants the same day.
