To report Emergency repairs or make payments options 1, 2 and 3 will connect you at any time
The other options will connect you during office hours. For details of our hours and any office closures, you can dial 9

Option 1 Emergency Repairs (Harbour Multi Trades)
Option 2 Gas Repairs (Lothian Gas)
Option 3 is for payments. With your 19 digit AllPay card number, you can make payments over the phone.
Option 4 is the Property Services Team repairs@manorestates.org.uk
Option 5 is for the Housing Team housingassistantteam@manorestates.org.uk
Option 6 is for the Owners Team owners@manorestates.org
Option 7 is for the Corporate Services Team info@manorestates.org

Rather than waiting in a queue, you can dial 2 to request a callback or leave a message which is emailed to the team you selected. Please include your name and the address you calling about in any message or email.

If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the Association’s service, you can:

Monday to Thursday:
9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5pm

Friday:
9am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm

The office is closed for staff training until 11am every Wednesday.
