Our Board is responsible for the Association’s overall direction, strategy and policies.
The Board is responsible for setting the Association’s strategic goals and monitoring the work of the Senior Management Team and staff to ensure that key objectives are met.

As volunteers, Board members are not paid for attending meetings but the Association does pay expenses such as transport and carers’ costs. All Board members attend regular training events and conferences to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to carry out their responsibilities.
Board members are elected annually and any member of the Association can seek
