The management team is made up of Manor Estates Housing Association senior staff. Together they manage the day to day operations of the Housing Association.
Graeme joined the Association in May 2016 and holds the post of Chief Executive. He is responsible for the overall management of the Association, ensuring that the objectives and plans of the Management Committee are followed and monitored. As Chief Executive Graeme requires to ensure that Manor Estates meets all its statutory requirements, addresses tenant and customer needs while seeking to provide value for money services.
Neighbourhood Services Director/Deputy Chief Executive
Carolyn has been with Manor Estates since December 2004. In her role as Neighbourhood Services Director/Deputy Chief Executive, she is responsible for leading the Neighbourhood Services Team and ensuring that tenancy services meet legislative and good practice requirements. As Deputy Chief Executive, Carolyn supports the Chief Executive in dealing with a range of HR and Governance issues.
Asset Management and Repairs Director
Amanda has been working for the Association since December 1997. In her role of Asset Management and Repairs Director, Amanda has responsibility for Asset Management, Procurement planning, programming the long term upgrades to our properties, including the installation of energy efficiency measures. She has worked to ensure that the majority of our properties meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and is currently working on bringing our stock up to meet the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) by the 2020 milestone target and so helping to alleviate our tenants’ vulnerability to fuel poverty.
Corporate Services Director
Kathryn has been with Manor Estates HA since August 2007. Her role of Corporate Services Director means that she has responsibility for the Association’s Finances, IT, Reception and Offices. This includes ensuring the Manor Estates HA complies with relevant legislation and good practice in our areas. The Corporate Services team work together to ensure that our colleagues are supported in their roles in providing efficient and effective services to all tenants, owner occupiers and other stakeholders.
