The management team is made up of Manor Estates Housing Association senior staff. Together they manage the day to day operations of the Housing Association.
Graeme joined the Association in May 2016 and holds the post of Chief Executive. He is responsible for the overall management of the Association, ensuring that the objectives and plans of the Management Committee are followed and monitored. As Chief Executive Graeme requires to ensure that Manor Estates meets all its statutory requirements, addresses tenant and customer needs while seeking to provide value for money services.
Technical Services Manager - Operations
Alan joined the Association in April 1999 and holds the post of Technical Services Manager – Operations. He is responsible for the management and delivery of the Association reactive maintenance and void repairs service, gas servicing heating & repairs, the annual planned maintenance programme, planned major improvements to the housing stock, provision of agency services to other organisations, the Associations factoring service to over 1700 owners including debt collection, Grounds maintenance to estates throughout the City, delivery of the medical adaptation programme and overseeing the development programme all through the management of a team 8 staff.
As Technical Services Manager – Operations, Alan ensures that Manor Estates meets all its statutory requirements, addresses tenant and customer needs while seeking to provide value for money services
Housing Manager/Deputy Director
Carolyn has been with Manor Estates since December 2004. In her role as Housing Manager/Deputy Director, she is responsible for leading the Housing Management Team and ensuring that tenancy services meet legislative and good practice requirements. As Deputy Director, Carolyn supports the Chief Executive in dealing with a range of HR and Governance issues.
Technical Services Manager - Strategy
Amanda has been working for the Association since December 1997. In her role of Technical Services Manager Strategy Amanda has responsibility for Asset Management, Procurement planning, programming the long term upgrades to our properties, including the installation of energy efficiency measures. She has worked to ensure that the majority of our properties meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and is currently working on bringing our stock up to meet the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) by the 2020 milestone target and so helping to alleviate our tenants’ vulnerability to fuel poverty.
Corporate Services Manager
Kathryn has been with Manor Estates HA since August 2007. Her role of Corporate Services Manager means that she has responsibility for the Association’s Finances, IT, Reception and Offices. This includes ensuring the Manor Estates HA complies with relevant legislation and good practice in our areas. The Corporate Services team work together to ensure that our colleagues are supported in their roles in providing efficient and effective services to all tenants, owner occupiers and other stakeholders.
