Our management committee is responsible for the Association’s overall direction, strategy and policies.

The Committee oversees the work carried out by our staff and is made up of volunteers,
including a number of tenants. The Management Committee meets monthly to receive reports from staff and make decisions on matters such as housing policy and expenditure.

As volunteers, Committee members are not paid for attending meetings but the Association does pay expenses such as transport and carers’ costs. All Committee members attend regular training events and conferences to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to carry out their responsibilities.

Committee members are elected annually and any member of the Association can seek
